This residential project occupies a 622 m2 plot with 2,040 m2 of construction area. It includes 8 units of 2+1 apartments and 8 units of 1+1 apartments. The design focuses on maximizing space utilization and addressing the issue of limited natural light in narrow facades. By incorporating extensive glass surfaces and wood-look panels, the project achieves both aesthetic appeal and functionality, giving the building a distinctive character.
